Create Player

Creates the player in Aggregator. This is always the first real-money call.

Call	`POST` JSON to your API Base URL
Operator	Always send it, even if the player may already exist
Next	getGame or addFreeRounds

If the player already exists, the request is redirected internally to playerExists. You still get a successful player payload.
