FAQ

No setup fee and no contract for the games API. Do these in order.

1. Create your account

1. Create an account at /register.
2. Confirm your email. On the dashboard, press Confirm your email. You do not message us to confirm the account.

2. Setup your account

1. Configure the callback URL in Settings. Set the staging and production endpoints that receive game and balance callbacks.
2. Copy the API base URL from Settings. Every method call goes there.
3. Generate API credentials in Settings. You need api_login, api_password, and the salt.
4. Whitelist your server IPs in Settings and save. Add every egress address, IPv4 and IPv6. Other IPs are blocked.

3. Implement API

Player money stays on your side. Real-money play calls your callback. Always HTTP 200, balance in cents, and check md5(timestamp + salt). See validation.

getGameList returns the games you can offer for that currency. Each row has the game id and images.

• Import the list into your database. Do not call it on every page view.
• Sync it often. The list is the source of what is still enabled.
• If we disable a game, it disappears from the next getGameList. Hide or disable that id_hash on your side when it is no longer in the response. Do not keep launching it.

getGame opens a real-money session.

1. createPlayer first.
2. Call getGame with that player and an id_hash from your synced list. play_for_fun is 0.
3. Open the returned URL in an iframe or a new window.
4. We GET balance at session start. Return { error: 0, balance }.
5. During the round we call debit, then credit. Debit subtracts. Credit adds. A rollback is the same call with rb: 1.

getGameDemo is fun play. No player, and no wallet callbacks.

1. Use an id_hash from getGameList.
2. Call getGameDemo. No createPlayer.
3. Open the URL. We do not call balance, debit, or credit.

Free rounds are bonus spins. The field name is freespins. Only games marked as supporting free rounds.

1. createPlayer.
2. addFreeRounds on one id_hash, with freespins, bet_level 0–6, and valid_days.
3. getGame so the player opens that slot.
4. While the spins play, debit and credit arrive with type: bonus_fs. On that debit, do not take cash. Still return error: 0 and the current cash balance. Credit adds the win.
5. getFreeRounds shows what is left. deleteFreeRounds cancels them.

4. Go live

Test first, before any top-up. After 7 days with no top-up the account is disabled. Stay within 100 API requests per day. Do not abuse the API account, and do not multi-account. See Can we test without a large top-up?

Registration includes $5 free test credit and 10 providers. The first top-up must be $300 or more, which unlocks 15 providers. A total of $500 unlocks most providers, and $1,000 unlocks all providers available to the account.

Yes. Before the first top-up you can test the integration on the free credit.

• Register at /register.
• Use getGameDemo or a test player.
• 10 trial providers until you top up.
• After 7 days with no top-up, the account is disabled.
• 100 API requests per day.

No abuse of the API account, and no multi-accounting. Extra brands go on the same operator account. See Can we run multiple brands?

A disable is not a ban. Top up and message support to reopen.

A first top-up of $300 or more unlocks 15 providers.

Staging and production can share one backoffice account. There is no unlimited free staging.

Seamless wallet. Player balance stays with you. We only call your callback for balance, debit, credit, and rollback. We do not hold player funds.

• Setup fee: none for the games API.
• Contract: not required to start.
• Account balance: required. No pure post-paid revshare.

1. Register the backoffice account.
2. On Telegram, send operator name and backoffice email. We open a private group.
3. Send staging and production callback URLs and every egress IP (IPv4 and IPv6).
4. Set them in Backoffice → Settings, or we bind them.
5. You receive API login, password, salt, and the EU endpoint.
6. Implement createPlayer, getGame, getGameList, and callbacks with error and balance.
7. First top-up of $300 or more. This unlocks 15 providers; $500 accumulated unlocks most and $1,000 unlocks all available providers.

You can test before that top-up. After 7 days with no top-up the account is disabled. Stay within 100 API requests per day. Do not abuse the API account or multi-account.

No, not to open an account and start on starter games.

A company and UBO pack helps bank payouts, some studios, and weaker currencies. No license plus weaker FX is usually the $5,000 conversation.

Yes. Request it and we attach multiple environments to the same operator account. Do not open a second account.

No on the games API. No setup fee and no other platform cost. You only pay GGR % from your account balance.

A sportsbook is separate and usually has a setup fee. See Do you offer a sportsbook?

We bill you from your account balance. You top that balance up in the backoffice. It is not player money. Player wallets stay with you.

Your balance must stay bigger than the current bill at all times. After the bill cycle closes, usually about every 30 days, that bill is deducted from the balance and a new cycle starts.

If your bill is negative, we do not deduct anything from your account.

Example Billing Process

A bet is denied when that bet would push the open bill above the account balance.

The balance is denied when the account balance is $0. Nothing can be billed, and bets are denied until you top up.

We do not charge any setup fees or other costs on the games API. A sportsbook is separate and usually has a setup fee.

How the GGR % is billed: How is GGR calculated in detail?

The % is per provider on Access & Limits.

Your tier is how much you topped up in the last 30 days. While you are still integrating, that window starts when you go live, not from the first sandbox top-up.

Warning Sportsbook is not in this table. It usually has a setup fee. Pricing is typically 7–10%, depending on the sportsbook.

GGR = bets − wins, per provider, per cycle.

Fee = max(GGR, 0) × that provider’s %. Taken from the account balance, not from player wallets.

• Each game provider is billed on its own. One provider does not change another provider’s bill.
• Each play currency is billed on its own, per game provider.
• Each of those bills is in USD. Every round in that currency is converted to USD.
• Negative GGR = $0. No carry-forward. No offset against another provider.
• Billed from game win/loss on the API, not from player deposits or withdrawals.

That cycle: $243. These are the base rates from the table above. PP’s −5,000 does not reduce the other bills.

A negative provider is $0 that cycle: What happens if my bill is negative?

Rounding, and whether free-spin wins are excluded, are not published as a fixed rule.

You are not billed.

If a provider’s GGR for that cycle is negative, you pay $0 for that provider. This applies to any provider where GGR is negative. Negative GGR is not carried to the next cycle.

That page is the live list: which providers you have, what is locked, and the GGR % on your account. The FAQ table is only an indication.

In the backoffice, on your billing history.

Each closed cycle is one row per provider: bets, wins, GGR, and the fee taken, in USD. A cycle is about every 30 days. A negative provider shows $0. See How is GGR calculated in detail?

No. It is account balance used as GGR is owed. It is not a setup fee.

The first top-up must be $300 or more. It unlocks 15 providers. Accumulated confirmed top-ups automatically promote provider access at $500 and $1,000.

You can test before that top-up. After 7 days with no top-up the account is disabled. See Can we test without a large top-up?

After the first $300 top-up, subsequent deposits have a $50 minimum. Free credit is for testing.

This tops up the operator account balance used for GGR. It does not fund player wallets. The first minimum is $300; later deposits start at $50.

Crypto (usual path)

1. Log in at https://aggregator.ispbills.com.
2. Open Top-up and copy the address on that page. USDT is the normal method. Do not reuse an address from an old chat.
3. Send the transfer and wait for confirmations.
4. If it does not credit, send the tx hash and operator name on Telegram.

Bank is available with a company and UBO pack. Ask on Telegram. Do not pay a personal account posted in chat.

After it lands, unused account balance offsets future GGR. Top-ups in the last 30 days set your rate tier, starting when you go live. Bets are denied if the open bill would pass the account balance, or if the balance is $0. See How does billing work?

These currencies are on by default on a new profile. Anything else exists at the provider but stays off until we enable it.

We do not add currencies to an account by region. We can enable any currency when you need it, but only that currency on your account. One currency does not turn the rest of a region on.

The weaker the currency, the more we ask before we enable it. That is to stop abuse and operators who are not serious: tiny unit values are where throwaway accounts, bonus cycling, and unfunded tests show up.

Indication, not a quote. Each currency is enabled on its own. Live status is on Access & Limits. Ask on Telegram for the currency you need.

Until that currency is enabled you may see “Unable to create player” or “Game is disabled or does not exist”, even when USD works.

Starter is a short list plus a branded launcher. The rest stays locked until you top up and we open it.

• $300 unlocks 15 providers. $500 accumulated unlocks most providers. $1,000 accumulated unlocks all providers available to the account.
• We can open specific providers after a top-up. You do not have to wait for every provider.

Yes. These are the original provider games. They are not modified.

Geo-unlock or a proxy can be offered with volume. It is still the original game, only routed.

Yes, once you are a paying operator.

• New accounts get a branded launcher. The unbranded launcher is often turned on around $2,500 accumulated.
• The short loading bar is a security step. It can be disabled if you confirm the casino URLs.
• In-game Lobby on Pragmatic or Evolution is the provider’s switcher. It does not return to your lobby. Closed Evolution tables open the Evolution lobby.

RTP cannot be changed. Every game is the original, unmodified provider build.

If a provider offers RTP variants, such as Hacksaw or Pragmatic Play, we always use the lowest available RTP.

Some Hacksaw max bets can be raised on request. Pragmatic Play Live max win is often capped around EUR 500k.

Yes. Options include Betby, Saba, SBO, BTI, Pinnacle / AP, and similar.
