Workspace Balance
Understand the separate player wallet, activation entitlement, and workspace GGR funding balance.
On this page
Three separate balances#
| Item | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Player wallet | Your funds reserved for a game session and reconciled from settlement callbacks |
| Activation purchase | Unlocks the workspace's demo or production provider access |
| Workspace GGR wallet | Separate funding for production GGR charges |
Activation payment does not add spendable GGR credit. A funded workspace does not automatically enable every provider, game, or currency.
Use the GGR calculator for illustrative fees by provider and play currency. It applies the agreed rate to positive GGR without cross-provider or cross-currency loss offsets. Estimates do not establish an invoice, currency conversion or required funding.
Production launch requirements#
Real-money getGame requires production activation and a positive GGR wallet balance, as well as the normal key, scope, currency/game, callback, and return-origin checks. Zero GGR funding returns INSUFFICIENT_GGR_BALANCE. Catalogue and demo access follow their own entitlement rules.
Check Access & Limits and the GGR wallet for current workspace access and balance. Request quotas and configured GGR limits can also block a launch.
Funding currency and game currency#
USDT funding is a payment asset for workspace funding. It does not make USDT a game-currency code, convert player balances, or bypass currency entitlements. The command currency is a three-letter uppercase code supported by your workspace and provider/game. Amounts in balance and round settlements relate to that game currency.
For a failed launch, retain the request ID and inspect validation and recovery. An unknown outcome requires reconciliation before releasing reserved player funds or creating a new launch.
